The Warmbier CPM54 is a simple-to-use, portable ESD charge plate monitor designed to test ESD air ionizer performance and body voltage on ESD floors. With just 3-button operation and a bright color display, it delivers fully automatic ionizer testing and body voltage measurement in a compact, battery-powered unit ideal for industrial and lab environments.

Compliant with ANSI ESD2020 and IEC 61340-2-1 for ionizer testing, and IEC 61340-4-5 for body voltage measurement.

Ionizer Testing (Charge Plate Monitor)

• Automatically tests positive and negative discharge times as well as offset voltage (balance)
• Selectable start voltages: 1000V, 500V, or 250V
• Selectable stop voltages: 100V, 50V, or 35V (ESD standard default: 1000V to 100V)
• Integrated plate electrode: 150 x 150 mm per IEC 61340-4-7
• Measures discharge time from a preselected threshold to a lower voltage value (0-60 seconds range)

Body Voltage / Walking Test
