Refunds And Exchanges

We match the return policy of our manufacturers. Please contact us regarding returns. Some manufacturers do not allow returns. Where returns are accepted, the factory policy is a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns. Statictek cannot accept refunds or exchanges without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please email info@statictek.com to request a Return Authorization. Return shipping to be paid by purchaser.

Items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $200 must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. Products that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns.

If you have trouble with your Statictek product after the return timeline has passed, please Contact Us. We’ll be happy to help you in any way we can, such as replacing the item under the manufacturer’s warranty.
